Payment methods accepted include Maestro, Solo, Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Delta and Mastercard. We can also accept Cheque or Postal Order payments from UK customers only. If paying by Cheque or Postal Order please advise in writing your order details, full name, address including full post code, contact telephone number and email address if available. All invoices/receipts will be issued to the cardholder at the cardholders address and will be issued in UK pounds only. Payment may be processed online via the secure SagePay Payment Gateway.
Customers outside of the European Community (EC), are responsible for any applicable import duty and/or tax in the country of delivery. For further information please check with your local Customs office or website.
Once you have placed an online order you will receive an order confirmation by email. This is for your convenience only and does not constitute the acceptance of your order. That acceptance will be deemed complete when sleepingbagsuits.co.uk send you another email confirming the dispatch of your item(s).
Delivery prices and approximate delivery times are as stated on the sleepingbagsuits.co.uk website. Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail or Courier and Orders delivered to outside the EC may be delayed slightly by the destination country's Customs organisation. In the event of delayed delivery, please check with your local Post Office and/or Customs Office before contacting us.

However, in the unlikely event that you are dis-satisfied with your new product you may return it to ourselves for a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date. When returning an item by post, you must obtain a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office which may be requested by us at any time. Please note that these certificates are provided free of charge. On receipt of your returned item, we will then process a refund to your payment method (excluding p&p) providing the above conditions are satisfied.
If any product arrives damaged we will replace it free of charge or issue a full refund if preferred. Please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date detailing the problem. Any returns should be sent to the following address:
