However, in the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your new product you may return it to us for a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date. When returning an item by post, you must obtain a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office which may be requested by us at any time. Please note that these certificates are provided free of charge. On receipt of your returned item, we will then process a refund to your payment method (excluding p&p) providing the above conditions are satisfied.

Defective Goods

If any product arrives damaged we will replace it free of charge or issue a full refund if preferred. Please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date detailing the problem. Any returns should be sent to the following address:
