Don’t Drop Your Sleeping Bag

Thrillseekers are always on the lookout for new ways to get that adrenaline rush. Pushing themselves to new and often quite dangerous extremes to get that buzz. However, I’m not so sure about the latest ‘craze’, which takes camping to new heights.

They call it High Mountain Extreme Camping and the name says it all, really…

Of course, to even attempt this sport you’ll need to have a head for heights and be an extremely competent mountain climber. Setting up a campsite on the side of a mountain cliff face, understandably takes some special equipment and a lot of guts.

Just one thing though, as you’re setting up to spend a night camping against a cliff face, thousands of feet above the ground, make sure you don’t drop your sleeping bag over the side as it might get a bit chilly because your chances of getting it back are slim to none.
